He made a house call, showed up on time and provided above and beyond service by not only successfully fixing my problem, which was a very slow running computer, but he also took the time to provide details about what was going on and why it was important. He also took the time to install two programs, deleting the two I had which were hard on my system, educating me on the why’s and wherefores. I was concerened about asking too many questions and he was very patient and willing to address all of them without being in a hurry. I will recommend Sott and Front Range computers to all my friends and my computer is now running so much better!!!!!! And his pricing is very fair too boot.

The customer service, price and overall experience with Front Range ComputerWorks was amazing! I stepped on my laptop a few weeks ago cracking the screen in several places. You can imagine the feeling, if you have not done this yourself. I had no idea if this could be fixed, where to go, or what to do. I googled 7 or 8 local companies that said they could do the repair. Scott at the Front Range ComputerWorks fixed my computer at half of the cost the other companies had quoted me! My computer was back to new in 2 days! They even came to my work to pick up the computer to drop it off when it was complete! I would definately recommend Front Range ComputerWorks to anyone who needs a computer problem fixed.
